Franco Rua and Lane Zugalla have joined forces as Food & Beverage Directors at Pinehaven Country Club, bringing decades of culinary passion and community spirit to the club and surrounding neighborhood.
Franco, owner of Café Capriccio, and Lane, who has worked alongside him at the café for nearly 40 years, are launching two new ventures on the club grounds: Capriccio On The Green and Capriccio Verde.
Capriccio On The Green
A welcoming restaurant open to the public for lunch and dinner.
Menus rooted in Café Capriccio’s beloved recipes, updated with lunch items and a nod to golfers favorite indulgences.
A bright, approachable dining room and bar area where members and guests can enjoy thoughtful, well-crafted dishes, comfortable service, and a casual, friendly atmosphere.
Capriccio Verde
An event space designed to host gatherings of up to 150 guests.
Sweeping views of the golf green provide a picturesque backdrop for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
Flexible room layouts, careful catering options curated by Franco and Lane, and attentive service tailored to each event’s needs.
Franco and Lane’s long partnership ensures continuity of quality and the same community-minded hospitality patrons have come to trust at Café Capriccio.
